Booking and Reservation Policies

Reservation Process

Bookings can be made through the website, by phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. You can reach our reservations team at:

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Photo identification may be required at check-in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's stay. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Special rates or packages may have different cancellation terms. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. A valid credit card is required at booking. Full payment may be required at check-in or check-out depending on the rate.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for incidentals such as room service, minibar, or damages. These will be itemized on your final bill. A security deposit may be authorized at check-in. Any damages to the room or property will be charged to the card on file.
